Shirley Davenport earned an Associate Applied Science, a B.A. in Psychology, from the University of Hawaii. She also
earned a Certificate in Substance and Addiction Studies, an MSW in Social Work from the University of Hawaii at Manoa.
In 2014, Dr. Davenport earned her doctoral degree as Psychologist from the University of the Rockies, School of Organizational
Leadership and Nonprofit Management in Colorado Spring, Colorado.
As a John Maxwell Certified Coach, Teacher and Speaker, Dr. Davenport offers workshops, seminars, keynote speaking, and coaching,
aiding your personal and professional growth through study and practical application of John’s proven leadership methods.
Working together, she will move you and/or your team or organization in the desired direction to reach your goals. Dr. Davenport am
able to offer individuals personal growth, and counseling recovery services through the teaching of an innovative
curriculum of over 12 hours of cognitive behavior, intellectual emotional, spiritual development, and group therapy
with group process. She is a lecturer of Developmental Psychology at the University of Hawaii West Oahu, and helps in providing
physical, emotional, and spiritual assistance to the homeless and low-income individuals and families. She has been a mentor
and motivational speaker counselor in the addiction profession for more than 21 years.
Dr. Davenport was the commencement speaker for the graduating class of 2014 of the University of the Rockies. She holds her Doctorate in
psychology from the University of the Rockies in Colorado Springs, Colorado. Dr. Davenport is a two-time author: “Moving Beyond Denial
into Recovery” and “Inside Hawaii Prison Walls.”
Author Quinton Redmon, BS, CSAC, ICRC, CCS

Author Remon earned his Bachelor degree in 2007 from Wayland Baptist University 2007. Mr. Redmon is retired UInited State
Marine Corp (USMC) of 22 Years of services. He attended Naval Drug and alcohol Counseling School to become a substance abuse
counselor Certified CSAC by ICRC 1993. He has worked in the addiction profession for 25 years. In 1988, he was certified as a
clinical supervisor (CCS). In 2000, Mr. Redmon was the Clinical Supervisor for the Hawaii Drug Court Program. He has a
sixteen-year career serving as the Drug Demand Reduction Coordinator for the Marine Corp Base Hawaii, a position that he
currently serves. Mr. Author Redmon is a retreat Master Credo Facilitator and has facilitated retreats since 1994.

Richard E Griffin is a Veteran who served 4 years in the Army as a field artillery crew member and 4 years in the Hawaiian
National Guard as a field artillery crew member. Richard E Griffin is a 2006 graduate of Chaminade University obtaining his
Master Degree in Business and Bachelor Degree in Business from Hawaii Pacific University. Prior to going to college. Richard
E Griffin has been associated with the clean and sober community for the past 17 years and has volunteered his services in many
capacities. He has served elected roles in the organizations that he is a current member, which has taught him the importance of
community service
Currently, Mr. Griffin is a contracting officer for the Navy and owner of RICKSTAXPREP LLC. He makes acquisition of construction,
solicits, evaluates the proposal, select proposals for award, and award contracts. He manages contracts up to 15 million dollars
in value. Currently managing approx. 20 contracts valued at approx. 45 million dollars. He has 25 years of service for the
federal government. He also runs my private business which he is a business consultant and prepares taxes for approximately 35
clients since 1999.
